Are you authorized to sell Sonos?
Yes! We are an authorized platinum Sonos dealer and provide professional Sonos Installation Service. We have access to their entire line-up including accessories.Do the products come with warranty?
They do indeed. All products come with the manufacture warranty (usually 1 year). Warranty activates from the day of your Sonos Installation Service.Do I need to know what I want?
Nope! We are experts and have seen thousands of setups. We know what will look and sound good without breaking the bank. We provide a complimentary Sonos Installation Service consultation to dial down what is suited for your home.Can I bundle services?

We are actually cheaper! Big Box stores have lots of overhead — meaning they must sell their products for more. We on the other hand have lower overhead and pass the savings onto the customer. Contact us for our pricing.Why is there no pricing online?
We know — it’s annoying to have to contact us for pricing. It’s not a ploy to get your information or make the buying process difficult. Many manufacturers mandate dealers & retailers to list product prices at minimum advertised prices (MAP Price). DynamnicTech has the ability to significantly discount most product prices below this especially when purchasing multiple products.Do you sell to everyone?
We do indeed! General contractors, homeowners, tradespeople, and anyone else are welcome to receive a quote from us.Can I return the item?
Unfortunately, we are not set up to handle returns. All sales are final.How can I pay for the service?
Payment is done after the Sonos Installation Service is complete and you are satisfied. All major credits (MasterCard, Visa, Amex), debit card, and cash are accepted. We have a portable payment machine to make the process as easy as possible. We do not require any tips and our machine will not prompt you for one, your business and satisfaction is more than enough for us. On rare occasions we take a deposit before the TV wall mounting service. This is almost always due to geography. For example if you live in Whistler and hire us to mount your TV we will take a small deposit before making the drive up. All services in Metro Vancouver do not require any deposits.Do you have a store I can visit?
We do not have a physical store nor showroom you can visit. We operate only online and provide local Sonos Installation Service. This is all part of keeping operating costs low to provide the best pricing.Reviews
