Whole Home WiFi Installation
Our whole home WiFi service consists of either upgrading your existing system or the installation of a new one. Our three-step approach is: infrastructure exploration, installation, and optimization. We start by exploring your homes existing wiring and choose the best system suited for you. We then perform the installation of enterprise grade WiFi-6 access points. Finally, we optimize the network by using WiFi analysis and calibration tools. Our technical experience, networking testing tools, and know-how will leave you with stable and total home WiFi coverage.
Data Cable / Jack Installation
Clients often need CAT cable to be run from their main router to a computer, TV, switch, etc. This can be for more reliable speeds and stability, or because your workplace requires a hardwired connection to work from home. If you are needing CAT (Data / Ethernet) cable to be run on your property this is the service for you. Moreover, if you have data cable run already and are only looking for the installation of data jacks we can also assist.
Data Cable Termination / Repair

Hiring a WiFi & network service company doesn’t need to be complicated. We strive to make the process as easy as possible by replying to all inquires within 24 hours (usually within an hour). In addition, we will do everything we can to get you in at your desired time and date (sometimes even same day).
We warranty all our work for 30 days against anything we did wrong. Does this mean at day 31 if something goes wrong we won’t help? Of course not, we are reasonable and truly aim for client satisfaction.
Insurance & Licenses
DynamicTech is a fully incorporated company with all the proper insurances and licenses. We carry a $2 Million coverage against property damage / injury. Also, we have proper WorkSafe coverage, and have multiple business licenses so we can work and operate in the different municipality around Metro Vancouver.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for the service?
Not a whole lot is needed on your part. Clearing the working space is also appreciated but not necessary. We are more than happy to assist in moving the odd piece of furniture if need be.
How much time do you need for the installation process?
It really depends on certain complexities. We are sometimes able to be in and out within 40 minutes, but sometimes it will be a multi-day install to complete the service. There is really no average as WiFi & network service durations widely vary depending on the job.
How can I pay for the service?
Payment is done after the service is complete and you are satisfied. All major credits (MasterCard, Visa, Amex), debit card, and cash are accepted. We have a portable payment machine to make the process as easy as possible. We do not require any tips and our machine will not prompt you for one, your business and satisfaction is more than enough for us. On rare occasions we take a deposit before the WiFi & network service. This is almost always due to geography. For example if you live in Whistler and hire us we will take a small deposit before making the drive up. All services in Metro Vancouver do not require any deposits.
What if I need to reschedule / cancel my service?
We know stuff happens! All we ask for is to give us as much time as possible before your scheduled appointment. We will not charge a cancelation fee for any reason.
