What is DynamicTech?

DynamicTech Electronic Services Ltd. is a leading small business independent, on-demand technology installation & support service company. Available at a in-home service capacity and serving all of Metro Vancouver. DynamicTech offers diagnostic solutions, support, installations and hands-on training for just about any technology need, including computer and printers, smart home devices, home theater and audio, Wi-Fi, TV mounting and much more.

How do I request a service?

You may use our contact form located here. Or navigate to the appropriate service from the menu and use the booking form. If you prefer you can also call us at 604-779-5518.

How soon can I schedule my appointment?

You can request in-home service as soon as the same day. We always recommend that you provide as many additional date and time options for a quicker appointment confirmation with a technician.

Is the price on the website the final price I will pay?

The service pricing on the website is a “start from” price. Different aspects influence pricing. After placing the service order we will reach out and firm up details.

Do you provide additional discounts on electronics?

We must advertise at this price. If you are bundling services, installations, or are looking for multi products we can definitely see what we can do with pricing. Contact Us for special pricing.

Do you have a showroom?

We do not have a showroom. Our business operates in an in-home service. We operate out of North Vancouver.

Are you authorized to sell?

We are an authorized dealer in any electronic brand we sell.

Do you sell electronics to everyone?

We do indeed! General contractors, homeowners, tradespeople, and anyone else are welcome to buy from us.

Are the items warrantied?

They are! All purchases will be warrantied with the manufacturer and the time frames can be found on their websites. Typically most manufacturers warranty their items for 1 year though.

Are the items brand new?

All items are brand new and factory sealed. We have never opened them and we do not deal with open-box items.

Can I return the item?

We have a 14 day return policy. Items must be in original packaging unopened. If items are opened they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any installed items or items marked as “special order” are final sale. More details here: Refund and Returns Policy.

Do you charge tax?

Yes, we remit PST to the provincial government and GST to the federal government. All items we sell are GST + PST (there are no GST only items).

Do you have a store I can visit?

We do not have a physical store nor showroom you can visit. We operate only online and provide local services and deliveries. This is all part of keeping operating costs low to provide the best pricing.

Wat areas do you service?

We currently only operate in the Metro Vancouver Area and provide service to Anmore, Belcarra, Bowen Island, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, City of Langley, Township of Langley, Lions Bay, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, City of North Vancouver, District of North Vancouver, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, Squamish, Surrey, Tsawwassen, Vancouver, West Vancouver, White Rock, & Whistler.

What are the payment options?

We accept e-transfer if you wish to pay for your service before installation. In person (at time of delivery or service) we accept debit, cash, bank drafts, business cheques, or credit cards. To mitigate against fraud we only accept credit cards in person with the physical card present.
